What services do you offer?
The great thing about all of of our venues is that we are a one stop shop to any of your event needs. We can provide a venue, rentals, catering, A/V, tents, and access to event professionals to make sure your event is excellent. We will take care of set up and break down for the event. Our goal is for you to not have to worry about planning the event and just enjoy your event.
Can I bring outside catering into your venue(s)?
All food & beverage must go through us. We do not allow outside food in our venues, however we will make exceptions for certain items on a case-by-case basis (I.e. cake, packaged goods, and certain beverages). We have a wonderful catering kitchen and culinary team on site for you to use. Please visit NW Catering's Site. We will coordinate and curate a menu just for your event. While we don’t allow external catering, if you have a chef that would like to connect with our Culinary Director we can arrange for that. You can find more information to our catering on our website.
Can I bring my own decorations?
All of our venues have stock decor, as well as additional decor available through our partner, NW Event Rentals. You may bring your own decorations and set them during your venue rental window period if discussed prior to your event.
How many people can your venue(s) accommodate?
We have venues that can accommodate groups of all sizes. Please see our Venues Page for full details on room sizes.
Can I see your venue(s) in person?
Yes! We would love to schedule a tour with you. Please visit our Contact Page to fill out our form so one of our staff members can connect with you.
What is included in your minimum room rental fee?
All of our event items are a-la-cart. Connect with one of our event planners and we can help get a quote together for you. Each room rental includes 60” round tables (seats 8), 6’ banquet table, and black chairs, as well as food & beverage minimum.
What type of events can I do at your venue(s)?
We offer rental space for weddings, birthdays, private dining dinners, company meetings, family celebrations, galas, auctions, and much more. You can see our venue spaces on our website.
Can I have alcohol at my event?
Yes, we provide OLCC certified staff to ensure a safe event. Please reach out to our event planner to see different alcohol packages that we can offer.
Do you do any discounts?
We currently do NOT offer ANY discounts for our services. We do not negotiate pricing.
